Actress Mischa Barton Arrested

The actress Mischa Barton was arrested Thursday morning after driving under the influence of alcohol and possessing marijuana. She was driving on La Cienega Boulevard in West Hollywood when police officers saw her taking up two lanes of traffic and not signaling a turn.

She was arrested for the investigation of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license, possessing a controlled substance, and possessing marijuana. She was in the West Hollywood jail for seven hours before she was released on $10,000 bail. She has a court hearing scheduled for February 28^th.
