Actor Charlie Sheen to Serve Jail Time

Next Monday, the actor Charlie Sheen is set to go to Aspen and plead no contest to 3rd degree assault. He will then begin his sentence of 30 days in jail. He had the choice of serving jail time or getting probation. With good time credit his jail sentence could be shortened to 17 days. After jail, he will not have to be on probation.
