Fight Over Steve McNair's Estate

The is currently a battle over deceased NFL star Steve McNair's estate. He did not have a will when he died and his wife Mechelle was named administrator of his estate. Steve McNair had two sons from a previous relationship and neither of the children is listed as an heir. Under Tennessee law, Mechelle suppose to get 1/3 of the estate and 2/3 suppose to be split evenly among his children.
