Amy Winehouse Diagnosed with Emphysema

The singer Amy Winehouse has been found to have early stage emphysema and she has lung damage from smoking crack cocaine and cigarettes. She has an irregular heartbeat and has been warned that if she keeps smoking drugs she will have to wear an oxygen mask and her voice will be ruined. The severity of her drug use could possibly kill her if she doesn’t stop. There has reported to be nodules around her chest area and dark marks. She also only has 70 percent lung capacity.

Winehouse collapsed at her home in north London last week on Monday after signing autographs for a group of fans. She was taken to a hospital in London for testing and stayed there all week long.
