Actor LeVar Burton Involved in Car Crash

On Monday, the actor LeVar Burton, who hosted the show "Reading Rainbow," starred in the show "Star Trek: Next Generation," and was in the movie "Roots," was involved in a car accident when a 74 year old woman made a left turn in front of his vehicle and he hit her car and another parked vehicle. Both Burton and the woman were taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and were released with minor injuries.
