The singer Beyonce has officially announced at the MTV Video Music Awards that she is pregnant. She is supposedly due in March. Rumors have been circulating recently that she is pregnant but she has now confirmed them herself.

Amy Winehouse Toxicology Results

The toxicology results of late singer Amy Winehouse show that she did not have any illegal substances in her body when she died. Alcohol was shown in her system but it is unclear if it played a role in her death. In July, she was found dead at her north London home. Her family states that she was overcoming her drug addiction during the time she died.

The singer Amy Winehouse was found dead in her London home on Saturday at the age of 27. The cause of death is possibly due to drug overdose even though the cause has not been confirmed yet.

Rapper Lil Bow Wow a Father

The former girlfriend of rapper Lil Bow Wow named Joie Chavis recently gave birth to a baby girl who was named Shai Moss. Chavis had a difficult pregnancy and had to end up having an emergency C-Section. Both the child and her mother are currently doing well. Lil Bow Wow has accepted paternity but a paternity test is pending.

Singer Sean Kingston in Deadly Accident

On Sunday, May 29th, the singer Sean Kingston was rushed to Ryder Trauma Center after crashing his jet ski into a Miami Beach bridge. That evening he was driving the jet ski with a female passenger behind him when the accident happened. Both passengers were thrown into the water and a passing boater saw the accident and took the two aboard. Kingston is currently in critical condition.

Mariah Carey Gives Birth

On Saturday April 30th, the entertainer Mariah Carey gave birth to twins. The baby boy was born weighing five pounds, six ounces and was 19 inches long. The girl was born weighing five pounds, three ounces and was 18 inches long. The names have not been released yet. The birth coincidentally happened on the same day as the anniversary of Mariah and her husband Nick Cannon.

Osama Bin Laden Killed

On Monday, the terrorist Osama bin Laden was killed during a raid carried out by the American Navy Seal. He was shot in the head while firing shots at the Seals who stormed his compound. He was then swiftly buried at sea. Three other adult males were also killed in the raid, including one of bin Laden’s sons and a woman who was used as a human shield by a male combatant. Two other women were also injured. Remaining detainees were turned over to Pakistani authorities. Administration used DNA testing to help confirm that it was in fact bin Laden who had been killed.

Rapper Lil Webbie Arrested

The rapper Lil Webbie was arrested on Monday mourning after a routine traffic stop. Officers found two ounces of marijuana in his possession. Also, officers found more than $13,000 in cash on Lil Webbie and found a loaded revolver on another passenger. All four passengers in the car were arrested and the rapper was held on $21,000 bond.

Singer Fantasia Pregnant

The American Idol Star Fantasia Barrino is reported to be almost three months pregnant by her boyfriend Antwaun Cook. Burrino has a daughter from a previous relationship and had testified in court last year that she had an abortion last August after learning that Cook was still married.

Singer Mariah Carey Reveals Sex of Twins

The singer Mariah Carey has revealed to Life & Style magazine the sex of the twins that she is pregnant with. She is expecting a boy and a girl. The babies are due between April and early May.

Rapper Waka Flocka Arrested

Yesterday, the rapper Waka Flocka turned himself in to authorities on gun, drug, and gang related charges. On December 16th, the rapper’s home was raided by police who confiscated many different illegal items and issued him an arrest warrant. He was booked for many charges, which include possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of hydrocodone, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, violation of probation for driving on a suspended license, and violating Georgia’s “Criminal Street Gang and Terror Prevention Act.” The rapper surrendered himself to police and is being held on $31,950 bond. A hearing is set for today.
