It is reported on in Durham, NC that a 93 year old man, named William C. Tinnen, was charged with cocaine-trafficking and possession of cocaine with intent to sell.He was put in jail and released a day later on Friday on a $200,000 bond.He was also charged with cocaine possession in 2001 but was given a suspended sentence.
