Singer Prince Being Sued by Perfume Maker

The singer Prince is being sued by a perfume company named Revelations Perfume and Cosmetics Inc. that claims that he and his music publisher didn't honor a contract to help market a fragrance named after the album "3121." The Romantics Sue Video Game Maker Over Song

The music group The Romantics filed a federal lawsuit against Activision Inc, the video game maker of the game “Guitar Hero.” The group says that the game infringes on the band’s rights by featuring a similar recording of their 1980’s song “What I Like About You.” The lawsuit was filed this past Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Detroit. The band is seeking an injunction that could possibly stop the game from being sold on store shelves.
