Singer R. Kelly Finalizes Divorce

The singer R. Kelly is now officially divorced from his wife of 11 years, named Andrea Lee. They had filed for divorce in 2006 and Lee is reported to have received more than $50 million in the divorce settlement. They will share joint custody of their three children. This is after Kelly was acquitted of child porn charges this past summer.

Singer Madonna Getting Divorce

The singer Madonna is getting divorced after almost eight years of marriage to her husband Guy Ritchie. They have not agreed on a financial settlement and child custody yet. They have approximately $525 million in worth and most of that belongs to Madonna. Ritchie has approximately $35 million in worth. The couple owns homes in London, Los Angeles, and New York. They also own a retreat in Wiltshire.

The court judgment will be based on who came into the marriage with what and the assets that they have will be divided equally. The needs of the children will also be considered. The children they have are 8 year old Rocco and 3year old David Banda, who was adopted in Malawi in 2006. Madonna also has a 12 year old daughter named Lourdes from a previous relationship with personal trainer Carlos Leon.

Star Jones, the ex-co-host of the show “The View,” has confirmed that she is getting a divorce from her husband Al Reynolds. She filed for divorce on March 26^th in New York Supreme Court in Manhattan and has been seen lately out with NBA star Dwayne Wade.

Kimora Lee Simmons Files for Divorce

Kimora Lee Simmons has been separated from her entertainment mogul husband Russell Simmons for two years but she has decided to file for divorce in a Los Angeles Superior Court citing irreconcilable differences. She and Russell have an 8 year old daughter named Ming Lee and a 5 year old daughter named Aoki Lee. Kimora is seeking legal and physical custody of the children and has requested that Russell be granted reasonable visitation that is accompanied at all times by the children’s nanny and security personnel.

Singer Pink and Husband Separate

The singer Pink and her husband Carey Hart, who is a motocross racer, have decided to separate after being married for two years. The slit was a mutual decision and the two plans to remain friends.

Pink, whose real name is Alecia Moore, met Hart at the 2001 X Games in Las Vegas and proposed to him four years later at a race in Mammoth Lakes, CA. They got married on Jan 7, 2006 in Costa Rica.

Von Tesse filed for divorce a year ago stating that they had irreconcilable differences. The two married in November of 2005. Marilyn Manson is now dating the actress Evan Rachel Wood.
