Actor Shia LeBeouf Booked for DUI After Car Accident

The actor Shia LeBeouf was arrested and then later released for misdemeanor DUI following a recent car accident that happened this past weekend. He was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where he was treated for injuries to his left hand and knee. He also had a minor head injury. He was driving while intoxicated when he made a left turn in front of another car and caused a collision.

Actor Shia LeBeouf Gets Into Car Accident

It is reported that the actor Shia LeBeouf was in a car accident last night. He was in Hollywood at the time and was driving drunk. He had made a left turn in front of another car and the two cars collided, which caused Shia's car to roll. Nobody involved in the accident had any major injuries on the scene but both parties were still taken to the local hospital to be checked out. If the other party happens to have serious injuries, then he will be arrested on suspicion of felony DUI. If the injuries are minor, then he will be cited and released on a misdemeanor DUI.

Khloe Kardashian Serves Three Hours in Jail

Kloe Kardashian, the youngest daughter of late lawyer Robert Kardashian and reality TV star, had to spend three hours in a Los Angeles jail for violating her probation that came from a drunken driving arrest that happened last year. Soon before she arrived, someone called in a bomb threat to the facility and it had to be locked down. The threat was not related to Kardashian and she was put in a holding cell for her safety.

Earlier this month, a judge sentenced her for up to 30 days in jail after she admitted that she violated her probation by not enrolling into an alcohol education class and cleaning up roadside trash.

Actress Vivica A. Fox Booked For DUI

The actress Vivica A. Fox was booked for drunken driving that could cost her a $1,000 fine and as long as six months in jail. On Wednesday, she was fingerprinted and photographed at a Northridge police station. After she was booked she was released without bail. On Monday, she was ordered by a judge to turn herself in or get a warrant for her arrest.

On March 20th, Vivica was stopped in the San Fernando Valley by California Highway Patrol Officers who said that her 2007 Cadillac Escalade was going 80 mph and was weaving through traffic on the Ventura Freeway. In September, she pleaded not guilty to two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level that was over the legal limit of .08.

Actor Shia LaBeouf Arrested

The actor Shia LaBeouf, who starred in the movie Transformers, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing after he was drunk and refused to leave a Chicago Walgreens store. After he wouldn’t leave, the security guard detained him and called the police at around 2:30 a.m. After he was arrested, the police say he was very nice and polite. He posted bond before 7 a.m. LaBeouf is scheduled to go to court on November 28th.

Sleeping Man Dressed in Zombie Costume Mistaken for a Corpse

In Germany, a man drunken man was mistaken for a corpse by other passengers after he fell asleep on the train wearing a gory zombie costume. The passengers thought that he was a man that had been murdered and called the police. Police and a first aid team approached the man and found that it was only a costume and he was sleeping. Police made him remove his make-up to continue with his train ride.

TV Host Gary Collins Arrested for Drunken Driving

The TV Host and actor Gary Collins was arrested for the investigation of a traffic accident that he was involved in. The accident was caused when the other motorist didn’t yield to oncoming traffic and hit Collin’s vehicle. Collins’ 2004 Ford Explorer then hit two parked cars. Officers smelled alcohol on Collins’ breath and when they gave him a sobriety test he failed it.

Collins was not injured and fault is on the other motorist who was an 89 year old man. The other motorist was taken to the hospital for examination of his injuries. Collins was released on a $40,000 bond.

Drunk Man Trapped in Ex’s Chimney

In Evansville, Indiana firefighters had to tear through a wall and rescue a drunken man who had gotten stuck while trying to climb down a chimney to get into the home of his ex-girlfriend.

Alejandro Valencio was drunk when he got into the chimney at 3:30 a.m. in the morning. The firefighters needed help from the police because his ex-girlfriend, Connie Deweese, blocked the fireplace and wanted them to leave him in there and let him die. Deweese had known Valencio for eight months and wanted him to stay away from her. She had locked her doors but he decided that he would get in the house through the chimney. Valencio says he has a job and would pay for the damages he caused due to the rescue.

Couple Tries to Flee From Police on Horseback

It is reported that two people who were drunk tried to escape from the police on horseback. They were caught when one had gotten knocked off his horse from riding into a utility wire and the other one fell off her horse.

The man was caught causing a scene at a local convenience store and left the scene with his girlfriend on horseback. When the police were called and caught up with them they fled through a backyard. That is where they fell of their horses.

The couple were charged with riding a horse on a highway after dark without proper reflective material, being drunk in public and obstruction of justice. The man also was charged with attempted unlawful wounding. The man was held on a $2,500 bond and the woman was released.

Drunk Woman Drives Over Instructor During Driving Lesson

It is reported in Naples, FL that a man named David Tanner had to be airlifted to the hospital after a woman, Victoria Hosner, he was teaching to drive accidentally ran over him. David was teaching Victoria to drive when she accidentally hit the gas pedal and accelerated backwards. David was standing outside near the vehicle and was knocked to the ground. Victoria then accidentally ran over his leg. She then continued to drive in reverse and cause about $6,000 worth of damage.

A deputy thought Her eyes were bloodshot and her breath smelled like alcohol. They measured her blood-alcohol level at .146, which is .08 above Florida’s legal limit. She faces charges of driving under the influence, three counts of driving under the influence with damage to property or person of another, and driving without a license.
