Actor Wesley Snipes Faces Sentencing For Tax Crime

Snipes has already been acquitted of three identical counts and two felony charges of tax fraud and conspiracy.

The prosecutors are seeking the maximum sentence of three years in prison. They feel that Snipes should be made an example of to warn other people who don’t pay their taxes as they should. The attorneys for Snipes feel that he deserves only probation for the misdemeanors.
