Comedian Katt Williams Arrested

The comedian Katt Williams was arrested on weapons charges in midtown Manhattan after police pulled him over for driving without license plates. Police found a handgun in his car after he was stopped. He was released on bail Thursday and was able to make it for his show at Carnegie Hall.

The concert is for charity, where people who completed four hours of volunteer work were rewarded with a concert ticket.

Rapper Busta Rhymes Refused Entry into Britain

The rapper Busta Rhymes was refused to be allowed to enter Britain on Thursday. He was detained by immigration officers who said that the refusal was based on unresolved convictions in the United States. Busta Rhymes had to remain in custody in London while legal steps were taken to try to change the decision. His lawyer presented papers to support him being allowed entry but authorities arranged for him to fly back to Amsterdam.
