NFL Star Chris Henry Dies

The NFL star Chris Henry has died at the age of 26 as the result of severe head injuries that he received after falling out of the back of a moving pickup truck . Police officers believe that he jumped into the back of the truck to stop his fiance from leaving her parents' home during a domestic dispute in North Carolina. He was thrown from the truck to the pavement and suffered the deadly injuries. Henry played as a wide receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals.

Actor Gary Coleman Being Sued Over Bowling Alley Incident

The actor Gary Coleman is being sued by a man who says that Coleman punched him and ran into him with his truck at a Payson bowling alley parking lot. The man received knee, back and neck injuries. On September 6th, he and Coleman got into an argument after he took a picture of the actor with a cell phone. Coleman was charged with misdemeanor reckless driving and disorderly conduct in Payson City Justice Court.

Actor Gary Coleman Hits Pedestrian

The actor Gary Coleman hit a pedestrian named Colt Rushton with his truck after arguing with him at a local bowling alley. They had got into an argument on early Saturday morning over pictures that Rushton had taken of Coleman inside of the bowling alley. The argument continued while outside and Coleman hit Rushton and a car as he was backing out of a parking space. Neither of the men were issued a citation and it is not known whether Coleman hit the man on purpose. Neither of the men gave police much information and alcohol may have played a part in the incident. Rushton was taken to the hospital and treated for minor injuries before being released.

Truck Driver Tries to Tow Police Cruiser Over Ticket

In Portland, OR a tow truck driver, named Steven Syverson, tried to tow a Gresham police cruiser because he was upset over a ticket. An officer noticed what Syverson was doing and ordered him to release the cruiser. After he released it, Syverson got back in his truck, locked the door, and refused to co-operate with the officers. The manager of the tow truck company Syverson worked for was called and convinced him into surrendering. He was charged with unlawful use of a vehicle, obstructing government administration, interfering with an officer, and criminal mischief.

Crew Member Killed on Set of New Batman Movie

In London, a special effects technician was killed on the set of the new Batman movie when a truck that was carrying a camera platform crashed into a tree. The accident happened during a test run at a racetrack and they were not filming the movie at the time. The truck was following a stunt vehicle that was the Batmobile. No actors were hurt.

ATM Gives Out Too Much Money

It is reported that an ATM at a Louisiana truck stop gave out $20 bills instead of $5 bills but authorities know who used it and plan to get back the extra $7,000 that it gave out.

The supervisor at the truck stop unplugged the machine after she heard that it was giving out too much money but the next morning she found that someone had plugged it back in. She says that she thinks someone who didn't work at the truck stop had rigged the machine to give out too much money but the ATM keeps track of who uses it. Charges could be brought against the people who got excess money from the machine.

Dead Birds Shutdown D.C. Metro

It is reported in Washington that two subway stations closed down because nearly 20 dead birds were found outside the Greenbelt and Takoma station. Officials are looking for a man with a black pickup truck after witnesses said they saw someone spraying an unknown substance at the stations. The stations remained closed while hazardous materials crews analyze the substance.

A few years ago they had a similar situation when someone was going around and putting out rat poison.
