It is reported in Washington that two subway stations closed down because nearly 20 dead birds were found outside the Greenbelt and Takoma station. Officials are looking for a man with a black pickup truck after witnesses said they saw someone spraying an unknown substance at the stations. The stations remained closed while hazardous materials crews analyze the substance.
A few years ago they had a similar situation when someone was going around and putting out rat poison.
