NFL Star Steve McNair Killed by Girlfriend
Steve McNair had played 12 seasons in the N.F.L and played for the Titans. A memorial is scheduled at Nashville's Mount Zion Baptist Church on Thursday. Another memorial will take place at the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, MS. The funeral will be on Saturday in Hattiesburg.

Mike Vick Sentenced to 23 Months in Prison
Mike Vick, the Atlanta Falcons quarterback, was sentenced to 23 months in prison for his recent dogfighting case that involved gambling and killing pit bulls. He could have been sentenced to serve as many as five years. He could possible get out three months earlier if he gets time off for good behavior.
Back in August, Vick pleaded guilty to his part in a dogfighting operation that killed between six to eight dogs. He admitted to funding the dogfighting operation on his 15-acre property in southeastern

4 People Arrested in Sean Taylor Murder
The Miami-Dade Police Department has arrested four men that were connected with the death of Washington Redskins football player Sean Taylor. The names and ages of the men are: Venjah K. Hunte, 20; Eric Rivera Jr., 17; Jason Scott Mitchell, 17; and Charles Kendrick Lee Wardlow, 18. Charges have not been determined yet but they will include murder and burglary.
