Micheal Jackson's Death Investigation Completed
The LAPD has finished their investigation into the death of late singer Michael Jackson and the case will go the District Attorney very soon. It is very likely that Dr. Conrad Murray will be criminally charged in the death of Jackson. Detectives fininshed their investigation late last month and the case will be presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney as soon as scheduling allows it, which will be within weeks. The District Attorney supposedly has enough information for Dr. Murray to be charged with involuntary manslaughter due to gross negligence. The case can get complicated because Dr. Murray did not break any laws in administering Propofol to Jackson.

Michael Jackson's Death Ruled Homicide
The Los Angeles County coroner has ruled the late Michael Jackson's death as a homicide. This will make it more likely that the doctor who was Jackson's friend and who was with him died will have criminal charges filed against him. Forensic tests found that the anesthetic propofol and at least two other sedatives in Jackson's system caused his death. Even though his death is ruled as a homicide, that means that his death was caused by another person but that doesn't have to mean that a crime was committed.

Singer Michael Jackson Buried Without Brain
The singer Michael Jackson will be buried and laid to rest this week without his brain. The Jackson family decided to have it kept so that tests can be run on it to help determine his exact cause of death. They had the choice of waiting up to three weeks for the brain to be returned to them and then bury him or bury him without it, which is what they decided to do. The examination of Jackson's brain will not begin until after two weeks after he died so that the brain will harden enough to slice it open. A forensic neuropathologist will test his brain for past drug use, whether he had overdoses in the past, and other things. The brain can also show any past alcohol abuse or if he suffered from disease.

Singer Michael Jackson Not the Biological Father of His Kids
It has been revealed that the deceased singer Michael Jackson is not the biological father of this three children. Also, Debbie Rowe is not the biological mother of the two oldest children. She was a surrogate mother for the children. She gave birth to them even though neither her eggs or Michael's sperm were used for any of the children. All three of the children were conceived using in vitro fertilization and it is not known if Jackson chose the sperm and egg donors or if he knew who they even were. Rowe was married to Jackson when the two oldest children were born so it is presumed that she the mother of the children.
It has also been released that even though Jackson is considered to be a father to the children since he raised them, he never filed legal papers to adopt any of the three children. It is assumed that he didn't do it because he thought that there was no third party that would try to claim custody and never thought that Rowe would want a custody challenge.

Issues Surrounding Custody of Michael Jackson's Children
The popular singer Michael Jackson died this past Thursday due to cardiac arrest and a possible drug overdose. Currently, there are issues surrounding who will care for his three children surrounding his untimely death. The decision will ultimately be left up to the courts to decide. The children are currently in the care of the extended Jackson family.
The person who has the strongest legal claim to his two oldest children, named Michael Joseph Jackson Jr. and Paris Michael Katherine Jackson, is their mother and Jackson's ex-wife named Deborah Rowe. She will have to have an evaluation done by the court to decide if she is the best person to care for the children. It is possible that the children may not go to her since the final decision is up to the court and they decide who is the best choice for the children to live with. Rowe has not had a close relationship with the children.
It is not known who the mother of the youngest child is, named Prince Michael II, but it is possible that she may not have signed away her parental rights even though she was a surrogate mother. It is not currently known who Jackson designated as the guardians of his children in his will. Jackson's will may have been done many years ago.
